The medical profession has been spectacular in many ways to help us live longer lives. However, even when successful, longevity does not necessarily come with quality. Healthy bodies without sound minds can’t lead to a good quality of life.
My father died after a ten-year battle with Alzheimer’s—a battle that was devastating for my mother, my siblings, and me. There is no joy in leaving dementia untreated.

I am not a scientist, but I am passionate about finding exceptional treatments for Alzheimer’s Disease. TB006 appears to be the most promising drug we’ve seen to date, because it has the potential to reverse cognitive impairment, not just slow the progression of the disease.
As a not-for-profit organization, our mission is to illuminate the leading-edge, safest, and most efficacious therapies that exist for those afflicted with Alzheimer’s and dementia. By collecting and sharing patient and caregiver stories, we want to spread hope to the millions of people affected by all forms of dementia.
We’re here to advocate for real, lasting solutions. As the population lives longer, diseases of cognitive decline become more prevalent in our loved ones, and we want to do something about it. TB006 may be part of the answer, and we’re hopeful for what’s ahead.
Someday, we hope to see widespread, affordable use of TB006, that it may bring a better quality of life to patients and their loved ones.

This website has been established to report patient experiences using the new investigational IV drug, TB006, approved by the FDA for compassionate use, and developed by TrueBinding, Inc. In clinical trials and their Expanded Access Program, TB006 has demonstrated the ability to reverse many forms of dementia.
The BeEx Foundation is a public charity that has as its mission to improve the lives of others, especially todays teens. Cognitively sharp grandparents can be an incredibly powerful influence on our youth – whether through family or volunteer activities. The BeEx Foundation has been the sole supporter of this website and in addition has assisted needy patients with the expense of being treated with TB006.
Other programming for The BeEx Foundation has included presenting seminars to teachers on living in balance; coaching high school sports in a program named “Champions for Urban Youth” and encouraging adults to get involved with their communities in a similar way through a book by the same name, spearheading reading programs to help students become productive readers by the third grade, advocating for drug and suicide prevention through educational teen leadership forums, working with middle school students in small groups led by trained high school mentors, and giving teachers, administrators, and parents the tools to improve mental health and well-being using Restorative Practices through a ten part series supported by a generous grant from the Hamilton County Public Health Department.

Many patients will need to continue treatment with TB006 to sustain its positive effects. Hopefully, someday, a cure for dementia will be developed, but until then, dementia patients need a higher quality of life, and the opportunity to thrive once again.
We anticipate this website will attract two types of people: Those searching for an answer to the devastating loss of cognition for themselves or their loved ones and those who have had a positive experience with TB006 and want to share their stories with the world.

This website was created by a 501(c)(3) public charity which has been providing support to individuals who otherwise would have difficulty paying for the TB006 treatments. There is passion and purpose behind this charity’s commitment to advancing the scientific knowledge of the treatment of dementia . The father of the charity’s chairman and grandfather of its program director was devastated by Alzheimer’s for 10 years before his passing. Anyone who has lived through the complete deterioration of a human being’s cognitive capacities would do everything possible to help others to better outcomes in fighting Alzheimer’s. So it is with great respect for the magnitude of the challenge, that we are happy to advance to the public whatever information we have or will receive on the efficacy of TB006 in the treatment of dementia.
